We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Operations & People Lead to strengthen accountability, data integrity, and operational excellence across our distributed teams.
Location: Remote, with periodic travel to Malawi
Contract Type: Full-time
Ideal Background
Corporate experience in FMCG, telecoms, logistics, finance, retail, or agribusiness is highly valued. Candidates must be based in Zambia and able to travel periodically.
