About the Role
Lead Pulse Network (LPN) is recruiting an experienced, professional telephone agent to join our team supporting a UK-based insolvency and liquidation firm. You will be re-engaging warm business leads and calling new enquiry data on behalf of our client, with the goal of getting company directors on the phone for a live handover or a scheduled callback. This is a client-facing role that requires confidence, professionalism, and excellent spoken English, as you will be speaking directly with business owners and directors in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and new business leads on behalf of our UK client.
- Re-engage contacts professionally and build enough rapport and trust to keep them on the line.
- Qualify interest and either hotkey the call live through to the client, or arrange a suitable callback time — every call should end in one of these two outcomes.
- Follow and help refine call scripts over time, incorporating feedback from call recordings and results.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and callback times.
- Represent both LPN and our client to a high standard of professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent, clear spoken English — this is essential, as all calls are with UK-based clients and business decision-makers.
- A professional, confident telephone manner suited to speaking with company directors and business owners on sensitive financial matters.
- Previous telephone/call centre experience is recommended but not essential — the right attitude and communication skills matter more than a specific background.
- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to Monday–Friday shifts aligned with UK working hours.
- Comfortable using basic call/CRM software and following a structured script.
- Resilient and self-motivated — able to handle a high volume of calls daily, including voicemails and rejections, while staying positive.
- Good listening skills and the ability to think on your feet when a lead has questions or objections.
- A quiet, professional working environment with a stable internet connection (if working remotely).
What We Offer
- A basic wage plus commission — earn extra for every successful hotkey/transfer and every converted case, on top of your base pay.
- Stable, consistent Monday–Friday hours aligned with UK business hours (no weekend or late-night shifts).
- Ongoing coaching and script refinement based on real call feedback, so you're supported to improve and earn more over time.
- The opportunity to grow with a business that is expanding its UK client base.
- Regular incentives and rewards for top performers, on top of your basic wage and commission.
- A vibrant, supportive working environment where you'll be part of a motivated, close-knit team.
