About the Role: Salesperson Parts and Aftersales Jobs in Chambishi
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support the achievement of parts sales and aftersales service objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and efficient management of parts inventory and service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate quotations to customers via telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
- Manage backorders by expediting reorders, cancellations, and tracking, coordinating with Lusaka HQ and relevant departments including Inventory, Product Support, Finance, and Service teams.
- Maintain and effectively utilize reference materials, catalogues, and tools essential for daily operations.
- Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and presents a professional environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Diploma or Certificate in a commercial field such as CIPS, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- High proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and Sage 300 ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of Delta Auto & Equipment Ltd’s product range.
- Previous experience in counter sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Technical qualifications or practical mechanical/automotive experience will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
