Job Description

To manage and control the FirstRand Residential and Agricultural Property Valuation regional profit centre, ensuring sustainable and competitive growth margins are maintained, in line with the agreed business objectives and service level agreements (SLA’s)Applicant tracking system

Responsibilities:

• Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
• Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
• Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Ensure that all valuations conducted either internally or by means of independent valuation contractors or vendors are in line with negotiated service level agreements, thereby ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
• Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
