Positions: Sales Representative
Location: Livingstone
Employment Type : Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an added advantage
