Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Reservationist to manage in-season tasks related to Camp Safaris and coordinate SkyTrails. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day reservation process, managing flight vouchers and schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day reservation process for Camp Safaris and SkyTrails.
• Manage flight vouchers, schedules, and related documentation.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• ZQA (Zambia Qualifications Authority) Certified Credentials will be prioritized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
