JOB OPPORTUNITY
TEVETA ACCREDITED TRAINERS
Worden Institute is inviting applications from suitably qualified, competent and passionate professionals to join our academic team as Part-Time/Full-Time Trainers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
- A valid TEVETA Trainer Certificate
- Experience in training, training, facilitation, or industry practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good computer literacy and ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments and learning materials.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver quality training in accordance with the approved TEVETA curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work and assessment materials.
- Conduct continuous assessments and maintain accurate student records.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to learners.
- Participate in quality assurance and institutional academic activities.
- Ensure compliance with TEVETA standards and institutional policies.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
