Background
Chalona Technical and Vocational Training College (CTVTC) is a boarding college in Lusaka providing high quality tertiary education at affordable rates, opened its gates in January 2026 with a TEVETA Curriculum. The lecturers are accredited with TEVETA and the college offers TEVETA curriculum and Examinations. The College seeks more qualified, experienced, sober and highly motivated teaching staff to cater for the expanding needs of our students in levels of the certification.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Principal, the lecturers will fill up positions to teach the following programmes : (a) Plumbing and Pipe Fitting, (b) Electrical Technology, (c) Welding and Metal Fabrication, (d) Bricklaying and plastering (e) Computer Appreciation, (f) Agriculture Production, (g) Entrepreneurship, (h) Food Production
Qualifications
Degree holders with at least 2 years teaching experience and Diploma holders with at least 3 years teaching experience and a track record of good results, able to teach a minimum of 2 courses to all categories of students. Highly motivated and result oriented. Should be computer literate. Applicants with more than 1 course will be given priority.
