Responsibilities or duties
- Sales and Marketing of ICT Products and Services: Promote and sell J&C I.T Consultancy's ICT solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ICT and payments industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term business success.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Educational Requirement
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirement
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in ICT or a related field.
Additional Requirement
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of ICT products and services.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of trends and advancements in ICT and the ability to leverage this knowledge in sales.
