The purpose of this role is to provide graduates with a strong foundation of technical skills and hands‑on experience, while immersing them in our company culture and guiding principles. Through a structured and rigorous development programme, graduates will gain meaningful exposure, build confidence, and develop the capability required to take on real responsibility. By the end of the programme, successful graduates will be ready to step into a defined area of responsibility and make an immediate impact within the business. The Technical Trainee programme is a structured 18-month programme.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Technical Traineeship is primarily a hands-on, self-study program where the Trainee is expected to gain a full understanding of the theory, principles and operation of Packaging equipment across the Packaging Hall
Qualifications or Requirements:
BSC or BTech or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Management
Experience Needed:
0 to 2 years of relative manufacturing or packaging Experience
Other Provided Details:
Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
