FORUM FOR AFRICAN WOMEN EDUCATIONALISTS OF ZAMBIA (FAWEZA)

TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF ACCOMMODATION AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES 2026

Forum for African Women Educationalists of Zambia (FAWEZA) is a membership NGO whose mission is to advocate for transformation of the Zambian education system and the social cultural environment to make them more responsive to current specific education needs of girls and women. In order to effectively implement projects / programmes, FAWEZA requires services of accommodation and conferencing facilities for 2026 across the country. In view of the foregoing, FAWEZA invites applications from established and reputable hotels and lodges in the following areas to submit their tenders: -

1.       Lusaka Province - All the Districts

2.     Copperbelt Province – Ndola

3.     Northern Province – Kasama & Mpika

4.     Western Province – Mongu & Kaoma

5.     Southern Province – Livingstone

6.     Eastern Province – Petauke, Chipata & Lundazi

7.      North Western – Kasempa & Solwezi

8.     Central Province – Serenje

9.     Luapula Province – Mansa

10.   Muchinga Province - Chinsali

REQUIREMENTS

Interested businesses should send detailed company profiles with the following details:

a)   Company profile showing the experience of the company in supplying the mentioned goods and services;

b)   Total number of people that can be handled per event in terms of available accommodation rooms and conference facilities

c)   Copy of Registration Certificate

d)   Copy of tax registration certificate and tax clearance certificate from the Zambia Revenue Authority.

e)   Name and traceable physical address of Company

f)      Name of Directors and contact details for key Directors

g)   At least proof of two (2) recent trade referees from clients.

h)   Application and attachments should be in one PDF document.
