This is a unique opportunity to serve a vibrant community of students, staff, and visitors in a dedicated, ready-to-use commercial space.

48 m² Dedicated coffee shop space and with an outdoor terrace

3 × 2 m Fitted preparation area (6 m²)

LOCATION

On-Campus International School of Lusaka, Lusaka

PERMITTED OPERATIONS

• Sale of hot beverages — coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and related drinks
• Sale of cold beverages — bottled water, juices, and chilled drinks
• Sale of pre-prepared, ready-to-eat foods — sandwiches, pastries, snacks, and similar items
• Bidders should note that the coffee shop operates within a secure school environment and will serve ISL community members only. Public access is not permitted.
• Food warming using appropriate non-induction equipment (e.g. microwave, hot display units)
• Seasonal or themed menus aligned with the school calendar

IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL CONSTRAINT

This outlet is not equipped for on-site cooking. There are no induction hobs or cooking appliances installed. All food offered must be sourced pre-prepared and ready for service or warming only. Bidders must demonstrate how they will maintain a consistent, high-quality food offering within this constraint.
