JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics.
- Ensure high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform diagnostics and quality control checks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a workshop manager or senior mechanic.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Proficiency in workshop management, diagnosis, and quality control.
- Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and safety standards.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Mercedes-Benz & BMW Models.
Additionally, we are looking for Qualified Mechanics specializing in Benz & BMW.
Qualifications for Mechanics:
- G12 Certificate.
- Craft/Diploma in mechanics or any related fields.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Mercedes Benz-BMW models.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools & software for European vehicles.
- Experience with engine, braking, suspension & electrical systems.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: associate degree
