Background

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling of materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations and staff
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
• Monitor and enforce safety and operational procedures
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting
• Liaise with internal departments to support operational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Degree, Diploma or Certification in a Mechanical Major familiar with hardware accessories.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication skills
• knowledge of Chinese language is mandatory
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Clean record with no history of misconduct
