INVITATION TO TENDER

The Bank of Zambia, on behalf of Commerce Bank (Z) Limited (In liquidation) hereby invites bids for the purchase of the following property:

Sealed Bids clearly marked “Tender for purchase of Commerce Bank (Z) Limited (In liquidation) property” should be addressed to the undersigned and deposited in the tender box provided on the 7th Floor, Annex Building, Bank of Zambia, Lusaka on or before the 24th December 2025 at 10.00 hours’ local time. Sealed bids will be opened thereafter.

Late Submission will not be accepted

The Bank reserves the right to reject any bids received or to annul the tender process. The land is situated in Njolwe Resettlement Area approximately 30Km from the CBD off the Leopards Hill (after State Lodge Road Junction and Chifwema Road when proceeding to Mikango Barracks) and the extent of the land is 2.5733 hectares.
