Job Summary
The Waiter responsible for providing friendly and efficient table service while ensuring customers enjoy an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Respond to customer requests promptly.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
