Job Summary:
FSI Outsourcing is seeking recent graduates in finance or accounting for the position of Financial Analyst. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in financial analysis and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end accounting process.
• Prepare consolidated monthly management reports.
• Consolidate corporate and divisional budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance.
• Process payments and ensure accurate bank account reconciliations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ZICA) or Business degree (graduated within the last 3 years).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in accounting software, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work USA hours (CST).

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
