JOB DETAILS:
The successful candidates will Lead the Sales and Marketing teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company’s revenue and market share.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Membership to a relevant professional body
- Solid computer skills
- Experience in a similar role in media advertising will be an advantage
- Ability to work with targets and tight deadlines
- Ability to understand and meet clients’ advertising needs
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and professionals
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to negotiate terms and pricing with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the confidence and adaptability to deal with all levels of management internally and with the ability to form and manage corporate relationships.
