JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Officer will manage client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Customer Care, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in customer service or client management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management software.
