JOB DETAILS:

• Ensure ALL trip Expenses and revenues are correctly captured
• -Ensure adherence to trip budget and record are variations and remedial actions taken to avoid recurrence.
• -Ensure ALL disbursements are duly approved by the Managing Director and accurately recorded
• -Establish a cashless way of disbursing trip funds and other expenses.
• -Ensure All Company bank accounts are fully reconciled and position communicated to the Managing Director
• -Maintain accurate records of PODs, invoices and client payments
• -Maintain accurate Debtors Aged Analysis which should be communicated to the General Manager and the Managing Director
• -Ensure ALL invoices are sent to clients on time
• -Maintain accurate records of ALL creditor payments
• -Ensure timely communication to the Managing Director and General Manager of due dates for payments
• -Ensure ALL debts owed to the company are paid within 30days
• -Engage Debt collectors/lawyers for any debt exceeding 60days
