JOB DETAILS:
  ZINPRO Zambia Company Limited is a wholly owned Zambian Engineering company based in Copper belt. The company specializes in plant and structural steel turnkey Projects. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified Zambian candidates to be employed as;
(1) Site Manager (2).

Job Responsibilities:
• The Site managers oversee a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• In this role, the site manager will monitor and direct activities from the start of the job until its completion.
• This position requires high levels of organization and attention to detail, since the site manager needs to ensure that employees complete their work according to time and budget expectations.
• Shall report to the Operations Manager/Projects Manager Shall Supervise and manage 50 to 80 employees.

Job Qualifications:
• A full grade 12 certificate.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or better in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years practical experience as a Site Manager on any Engineering Project.
• Registered Member with Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) with a practicing license (ERB)
• An additional qualification of a Diploma or better in Project Management/Business Admin is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be knowledgeable on procurement procedures and safety standards. Must be medically fit.
• Applicants must be able to work at Heights. Applicants must be fit enough to work underground.

  Job Education Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or better in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years practical experience as a Site Manager on any Engineering Project.
