Job Description:
Boomer Operators will operate boom equipment for drilling and blasting in mining operations, ensuring precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain boom drilling equipment.
- Perform pre- and post-operation checks.
- Collaborate with blasters for effective blasting.
- Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
- Operator's Atlas or Sandvik OEM certificate.
- Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience.
- Valid first aid certificate (preferred).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: associate degree
