Department: Sales
Reporting to: Sales Director
Location: Lusaka (with regional travel required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks within the assigned region
  • Drive sales growth and achieve performance targets
  • Support local marketing initiatives to improve product visibility and penetration
  • Gather competitor intelligence and feedback to shape sales strategy
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Offer after-sales support, training, and regular relationship management for channel partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related field
  • 3+ years of channel sales or B2B experience, ideally in renewable energy, solar, or power systems
  • Strong negotiation and distributor development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable analyzing sales data
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel frequently

  • In-depth knowledge of local market trends and channel networks
  • Excellent relationship-building and partner management skills
  • Strategic sales thinking and execution capability
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication
Promote and demonstrate solar and energy storage products in retail settings Engage with walk-in customers, answer questions, and guide purchase decisions Maintain attractive product displays and manage promotional materials Collect customer feedback and market insights and report to the sales team Assist in organizing and executing offline promotions (outdoor events, holiday campaigns) Support store operations, including cleanliness and basic logistics
