JOB DETAILS:

Reports to:                  Commercial Manager

Location:                     Liuwa Plain National Park (LPNP)

Type of contract:      Temporary 

Number required:      Four

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for staff.
• Ensure the efficient management of the kitchen team’s work equipment
• Support the chef in identifying the needs of the department and presenting them to the hierarchy.
• Ensure the punctuality of the service of the various meals at the scheduled times.
• Ensure the distribution of meals at the scheduled times.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen according to the hygiene standards of the organization.
• Participate in other tasks according to the planning of the Kitchen department (Preparation of coffee, maintenance of the kitchen, etc.)
• And any other task at the request of the supervisor.

Role requirements:

• Grade Twelve
• Elementary Level: Reading and Writing
• Must be able to speak English

• Very good physical strength and endurance
