JOB DETAILS:
Location: Mumbwa

Job Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations at assigned locations, ensuring that security protocols are effectively implemented. They will manage the daily activities of security guards and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and monitor site activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure site safety and security.
- Maintain records of daily operations and incident reports.
- Liaise with management regarding security issues and updates.
- Provide training and support to security personnel.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Must be based in Mumbwa.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.

- Honest, reliable, and self-disciplined.
