JOB DETAILS:

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.

Responsibilities 

•  Receive and inspect raw materials (e.g., flavors, sweeteners, packaging) for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy.
• Properly label, store, and organize materials in accordance with company standards and food safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Prepare and issue materials to production based on requisitions or daily schedule.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
• Communicate any material shortages or quality issues to the Procurement or Quality Assurance teams.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

•  Certificate or diploma in any Business program.
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory.
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage of food-grade materials.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
