Location: Liuwa Plain National Park (LPNP)

Role and Responsibilities:
The role and responsibilities are wide and varying due to the location and environment. They include, but are not limited to, the following:
Dining:
- Greet guests by name with a cheerful and pleasant smile, and pay attention to their needs.
- Anticipate guest needs.
- Taking meal orders and serving hot and cold beverages, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and dining.
- Table preparations according to the number of guests and meals.
- Attend to younger guests and guests with special needs.
- Keeping the main area clean and comfortable for guests and adhering to hygienic camp policies.
Bar:
- Greet guests by name and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area with clean glasses, bar equipment, and a well-stocked bar.
- You shall record the daily bar stock records sheets accurately.
- Report all guests’ concerns and complaints to the Head Waiter.
- Report any breakages or spills to the Head Waiter.
- Your duties may differ from time to time or be reasonably modified as necessary to meet the needs of the company. These will be delegated from time to time and will be formally communicated to you.
Role requirements:
- Grade Twelve
- Elementary Level: Reading and Writing
- Must have a friendly, cordial, hospitable, & well-mannered personality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn from the Head waiter
- Team player
- Must be able to speak English
