JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and financial transactions
- Be familiar with and independently operate the ZRA tax system
- Handle VAT, PAYE, WHT and other tax-related matters
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and personnel records
- Calculate monthly payroll, salaries and related deductions
- Handle statutory employee-related contributions and compliance
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documents
- Assist with audits and other finance/administrative matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Relevant accounting or finance working experience
- Good knowledge of the ZRA tax system and Zambian taxation procedures
- Experience in payroll calculation and employee contract administration
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Responsible, honest, detail-oriented and able to work independently

Level of Education: bachelor degree
