JOB DETAILS:
Location: Anywhere in Zambia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems
- Proficiency in financial software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Office)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and transactions related to Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory costs and supplier payments.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cost analyses for VMI operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the storekeeper to align inventory levels with project demands.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide reports to support strategic decision-making.
