Position Description

FRANSALIAN EDUCATION MISSION seeks to recruit an accountant to be based at Colin B Glassco Primary School at nine Miles in Lusaka. The institution is looking for a qualified and experienced account to work in the school office to handle the school accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day accounting activates
• Positing income and expenditures in the accounting software.
• Should have complete knowledge of handling tax issues.
• Should be very good in using accounting software QuickBooks. (Practical interview will take place with the use of QuickBooks.)
• Maintain day today accounting vouchers and files.
• Prepare the accounts for auditing.

Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with minimum of 5 credits
• Should be registered with ZICA
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of Diploma or degree in accounting.
• Should possess at least 2 years of working experience in the field of accounts
