We are seeking a relief Accountant to temporarily join our team, who will be accountable for financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This individual will be responsible for Company accounts, administration, and profit oversight to help achieve sustainable growth.

• Process financial transactions in SAP Business One.
• Submission of and reconciliation of statutory payments (NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, Withholding Tax, VAT) for multiple entities.
• Preparation and maintenance and submission of the weekly cash flow report.
• Conduct weekly debtors follow‑ups and participate in review meetings.
• Prepare and review month‑end reconciliations.
• Review monthly and daily creditors payment runs.
• Prepare fixed asset capitalization worksheets and update records in SAP.
• Payroll oversight.
• Coordinate monthly cycle counts for inventory control.
• Facilitate annual insurance renewals and trading licence compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP Business One)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and reporting)
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and full ACCA/CIMA/ZICA
