We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing statutory compliance, and supporting sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger.
• Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare statutory returns including PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, and VAT.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Graduate from the University of Zambia (UNZA), Mulungushi University, or Copperbelt University (CBU).
• Professional qualification such as ZICA (or progress towards qualification) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
