Novigrad Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our growing operations. This role suits someone who can quietly command order in a busy environment and keep business moving without friction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Support procurement and basic inventory tracking
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately stocked

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
