Novigrad Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our growing operations. This role suits someone who can quietly command order in a busy environment and keep business moving without friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Support procurement and basic inventory tracking
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately stocked
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
