About the Business

A new body-contouring & wellness clinic is launching in Lusaka (Ibex). Equipment already available: 3 Emsculpt, 2 Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing), 1 Emerald Laser, 4 Massage Chairs, 2 Sauna. We are looking for an experienced Operator/Manager to set up and run daily operations.

Compensation & Opportunity (No Salary at Start)

This is a performance-based role. The Operator will earn a structured percentage of revenue with strong upside as the clinic grows. The clinic is fully equipped and does not require the Operator to invest startup capital. Long-term partnership growth is available for a proven Operator.

Income depends on clinic revenue. Strict POS and reporting controls apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up operations: SOPs, hygiene standards, opening/closing procedures, stock control
• Recruit, schedule, and supervise technicians and front desk staff
• Ensure safe service delivery (screening, consent forms, protocols, aftercare)
• Build and sell packages/memberships; manage promotions responsibly
• Drive client acquisition (gyms, bridal, hotels, corporate wellness, partnerships)
• Daily reconciliation and deposits; weekly reporting to the owner (remote)

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3+ years managing an aesthetics clinic / body-contouring spa / high-end salon / wellness clinic
• Experience supervising or delivering Cryo + Laser + EMS services
• Strong integrity with cash controls, reporting, and accountability
• Must be able to work on-site in Lusaka (Ibex) full-time
• Verifiable references
