About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and creative Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for the design and oversight of building projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, and site teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for construction projects
• Prepare technical documentation, plans, and specifications using CAD/AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
• Coordinate with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors
• Ensure designs comply with Zambian building regulations and standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA)
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong communication and project management skills
