JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures and studio-based instruction in fine arts, visual communication, or applied arts.
• Supervise student art projects, exhibitions, and academic research.
• Develop and review course content reflecting contemporary art practices and theories.
• Encourage creative thinking, visual literacy, and artistic expression among students.
• Engage in academic research and contribute to exhibitions, publications, or community outreach.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Guide students on academic growth and career opportunities in the arts.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience or professional practice in the art field.
• Proficiency in various media (e.g., painting, sculpture, digital art, or printmaking).
• Demonstrated artistic portfolio and/or academic publications.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Commitment to advancing the visual arts and student development.
