LOLC Finance Zambia is inviting applications from motivated and qualified individuals to join its team in the following positions:

Responsibilities

• Physical Asset Repossession: Plan and execute the physical recovery and repossession of assets (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment) from defaulting clients in compliance with legal and safety protocols.
• Field Investigations: Conduct field visits to locate and verify the whereabouts of collateral assets, using tracking devices, physical surveillance, and intelligence gathering.
• Asset Condition Assessment: Inspect and document the physical condition of recovered assets, preparing detailed reports on damage, mileage, wear-and-tear, and estimated value.
• Inventory & Storage Management: Oversee the secure transportation, storage, and maintenance of recovered assets in designated holding facilities until auction or disposal.
• Court & Legal Liaison: Coordinate with legal teams and law enforcement agencies to obtain court orders, search warrants, or police assistance when required for asset recovery operations.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate the risks associated with each recovery mission (e.g., hostile clients, difficult terrain, safety threats) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage directly with defaulting clients during recovery operations, providing clear communication on the process, legal implications, and next steps.
