WE’RE HIRING | Assistant Accountant – Payables
Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for your next career opportunity?
Tauro Mining Limited is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Accountant – Payables to join our Finance Team.
The successful candidate will support the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations and related accounting records.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Practical knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant Zambian statutory requirements.
- Experience with Sage accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
