Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled fresh graduate to join our team at IO Technologies as an Assistant Field Operations Engineer. The successful candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GPS trackers, fuel sensors, AI cameras, and IoT devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to utilize Python scripting and data analysis skills to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation and configuration of GPS tracking systems, fuel sensors, AI cameras, and IoT devices on various vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of installed systems.
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing and resolving any issues related to GPS trackers, fuel sensors, AI cameras, and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with the senior field operations engineer to plan and execute field operations efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the use and maintenance of GPS tracking systems, fuel sensors, AI cameras, and IoT devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field operations.
• Utilize Python scripting to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Perform data analysis to generate insights and reports on system performance and customer usage.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems, fuel sensors, AI cameras, and IoT devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel and work in various field locations.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and data analysis.
