JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Certification: Must possess a valid HR Practicing Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
5. Support payroll preparation by ensuring timely submission of attendance and other related records.
6. Handle employee relations and provide support in resolving workplace issues and grievances.
7. Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies in all organizational practices.
8. Provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
