Background
Zenith Lodge is a hospitality establishment seeking to hire an Assistant Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of various departments within the lodge. Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for monitoring daily activities in departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage, ensuring compliance with lodge standards. They will also be tasked with receiving, monitoring, and delivering inventory in accordance with supply chains and inventory management procedures. Furthermore, the role involves coordinating with all departments to maintain efficiency and meet management objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Essential skills include strong leadership and organizational abilities, excellent communication and multitasking skills, the capacity to work under minimal supervision, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
