JOB DETAILS:
Job Advertisement: Assistant Matron
• We are a student accommodation facility housing approximately 50 tenants, committed to providing a clean, safe, and well-organized living environment.
• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Matron to help manage daily operations and ensure a comfortable stay for our tenants.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, Social Work, or a related field.
• First aid and basic health & safety training (an added advantage).
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (an added advantage).

Skills & Competencies:
• Experience or training in cleaning, housekeeping, and space organization.
• Ability to supervise support staff and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant engagement.
• Ability to handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and facility management.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
