Our client, a reputable organization in the corporate regulatory sector, is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the following permanent and pensionable positions:
ASSISTANT REGISTRATION OFFICER (3 POSITIONS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and maintain registration documents to ensure up-to-date records.
- Undertake batching and dispatching of documents for entry into electronic databases.
- Ensure effective filing and retrieval of registration-related documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or any relevant qualification.
- No prior experience required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral English).
- Tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail.
