We, K&J Projects Private Limited, INDIA are submitting our proposal for the following Projects
1. Construction Supervision of the Rehabilitation of 208 kms of the Serenje Mpika (T2) in Central and Muchinga Provinces – Package 1
2. Construction Supervision of the Rehabilitation of 208 kms of the Serenje Mpika (T2) in Central and Muchinga Provinces – Package 2

Client: Road Development Agency
Country: Zambia
Assistant Resident Engineer (Supervision – 36 Man-Months)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Highway or Civil Engineering (Any higher qualifications in a relevant field will be an added advantage)
Experience:
- Minimum of Eight (8) years relevant experience in pavement design and road engineering materials.
- At least five years of experience on site construction works.
- Registered member of a recognized professional body and registered to practice by an appropriate body such as the Engineering Institution of Zambia (E.I.Z), the Engineering Registration Board (Eng.R.B) or similar professional bodies.
- Shall have experience in soil and materials testing both in the laboratory and in the field, especially related to road construction.
- At least Five (5) years’ experience in road construction works and materials technology in developing countries, preferably in Southern Africa.
- Shall have a good command of the English Language.
