Bar Lady / Bartender (1 Position)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally.

Greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on preferences.

Mix classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station at all times.

Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions.

Monitor customer behavior and refuse service to intoxicated patrons in accordance with licensing laws.

Engage with customers to create a friendly, welcoming, and entertaining atmosphere.

Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware as needed throughout the shift.

Assist with bar opening and closing procedures, including stocktakes and cleaning.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
