We are looking for dedicated staff for the following positions:
Bar Manager
- Oversee all bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Develop drink menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor beverage costs, waste, and profitability to meet financial targets.
- Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and bottle service staff.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Manage supplier relationships and place orders for spirits, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
- Prepare sales reports, stocktakes, and budget forecasts for senior management.
