Operating and cleaning bar equipment such as blenders, juicers, and ice machines.

Ensuring responsible alcohol service by checking identification and monitoring guest intoxication levels.

Keeping the bar counter, seating area, glassware, and utensils spotless and organized throughout the shift.

Processing payments accurately via cash, card, or mobile money using the POS system.

Preparing garnishes, syrups, and mixes in advance for peak service hours.

Collaborating with waitstaff to ensure timely delivery of drinks to tables.

Adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
