Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.

Job Overview

Responsible for operating and monitoring boiler systems ensuring continuous and efficient steam and hot water supply.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate boilers and auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption
• Perform routine inspections and safety checks of boiler systems
• Adjust controls to maintain optimal boiler performance
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and report issues promptly
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, blow downs, and filter cleaning
• Maintain logbooks, readings, and shift reports
• Follow all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist maintenance and engineering teams during repairs and shutdowns

Minimum Requirements - Education, Experience and Skills

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Technology, or a related field
• Valid Boiler Operator License/Certification (as per local regulations)
• 5+ years of experience operating boilers or similar equipment
• Basic understanding of steam, hot water, and pressure systems
• Familiarity with safety standards and operating procedures
