We are looking for a committed and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and support our expansion.

Role Description
The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage the loan portfolio, lead the branch team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key duties include:
- Managing branch operations and daily activities.
- Supervising and supporting field officers.
- Monitoring loan performance, collections and repayments.
- Ensuring proper loan documentation and processes.
- Growing the branch customer base.
- Preparing branch performance reports.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with Dosh policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or related field.
- Experience in microfinance, banking or financial services preferred.
- Experience managing a team and working with targets.
- Strong understanding of lending and collections
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse reports and make decisions.
- High integrity and accountability.
- Computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/loan systems) an advantage.
