JOB DETAILS:
Location: Lusaka
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Bricklaying and Masonry Instructor/Lecturer to deliver both theoretical and practical training to vocational students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hands-on teaching and preparing students for industry work and certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons in bricklaying and masonry techniques
- Supervise practical sessions and on-site training
- Assess students’ performance and provide feedback
- Develop training materials and assessment tools
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma or higher in Construction, Bricklaying or related field
- TEVETA Trainer/Assessor Accreditation (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in bricklaying/masonry
- Certificate in Teaching Methodology is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
